1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Spark Pro Tools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Spark Pro Tools provides access to third-party design tool subscriptions via team invitations. We act as a reseller/distributor of legitimate team seats.

3. License & Access

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to join our Pro Team. This access is valid for the lifetime of the team account. In the rare event of a team closure, we will provide a replacement invitation.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to share your access credentials or invite link with others. The license is for a single user only. Any violation of this may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spark Pro Tools shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do our best to ensure you are notified of any significant changes.
